i'm "semi-officially" being complained by a customer. its not officially as the complain was lodged thru my counterpart in indonesia by email. i wan't sure if i'll need to or want to defend myself as i dunno if that is of any use.
very first time in my 4 years of working life that i kena such a thing.
anyway that email was addresssed to my boss. lets see what his email reply is tomorrow when i go to the office.
