my new toy played a trick on me today. it didn't give out a single sound when i try to receive calls nor when making calls. i restarted it and it still has the same problem. panic, i called up m1 for assistance but the customer service also cannot help me. just when i was about to accept how suay can i be for the past 3 days, an idea struck me!

i use my finger to give my new toy a little snap on the earpiece area, and my toy came to life again! woo! i'm such a genius! =D
