it has been roller coaster ride in the office this week... monday the MD was telling us how badly my department is doing in terms of quality. he mentioned how much 'face' and 'pride' he lost and he even mentioned the threats he got from customers that they will not buy from us in the future! sounds serious huh..? he demanded an internal audit to be carried out within 3 weeks. if the quality audit fails, "drastic changes will be made.."

3 weeks for quality to improve? he must be kidding! probably he is just using the audit as an excuse to get rid of people he dun like... i wonder if my manager's head will roll... as well as his good kaki... =D

also, just heard from one of my colleagues who will be leaving soon that someone else's head may roll also.. i wonder whos that, especially when he hinted that the person will be "someone we all least expected to be"...

so exciting nowadays in office! so much gossip! also so little things to do till i'm learning from my other colleague who was doing mechanical drawings (i'm doing electrical stuffs if you dunno till now). otherwise i'll probably fall asleep in the office one of these days...



oh yah... i only strike 3 of the 7 numbers for monday's toto... damn....
