went for my 3rd interview this year. i shall take note of how many interviews i went before i land myself a job.

the HR guy looks kinda friendly. he only asks me those simple questions like where i live, how i reach the place, how old m i... after that he tells me the working hours, the nature of the job, high possibly of OT, blah blah.. well.. juz when i thought tats all, i'm "forwarded" to the manager of the department that i'll be stationed if i get this job.

the manager, come into the room, introduces himself, we exchange handshake, and he just sit down there and read my resume. on and off he tells me the job scope, almost similar to wat the HR guy told me, but he keeps on stressing that it will be a tough job as i need to be at the site quite often. also he asked me a few times whether i got apply for jobs at other places and what are the positions i applied for. he also says that there are a few applicants for this job so he needs to think over...

Q: why is he interested in whether i got apply elsewhere anot?

hmmm.... other than that he will keep his eyes on my resume. the only words he told me before i left were "i'll call you again."

yah... i really wonder if i'll ever hear from him again..... haizzzzz..... maybe its time for me to carry on with my resume sending again...
