i was at parkway parade's watsons when a commotion broke out in the store between an 'ah-gua' and one of the promoters. the only things i could overheard were:

'ah-gua': is this how you treat your customer? IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMER????!?!?! (volume increase by 3 folds..)

watson staff: hey.. just go and say sorry to 'her'...

promoter: why must i say sorry?! its not my fault what!

'ah-gua': i tell you hor, my cousin is a reporter from xxx magazine ok. you want me to call him down now so that he can write a story on how watson treat their customers?

'ah-gua's friend (also 'ah-gua'): why? you not happy ah? not happy then we can go out and 'talk' one....


well.... after about 10mins of shouting and so on... the promoter left with no choice but to apologize to the 'ah-guas' so as not to create anymore trouble for his colleagues...



frankly speaking, i do not know what has happened. nevertheless, i still feel that the promoter is still very young lah to understand the fact that even if he is not in the wrong, in this real world you have to forget your ego and do things that you have no choice but to do...
