its strange to travel on the ever congested CTE and see the speed limit at "90km/h" whereas the not as congested PIE has speed limit of "80km/h"..

i mean on the bloody CTE where its always so jammed, you think i will ever be able to drive at 90km/h?? on the other hand, why restrict my speed at only 80km/h when i have the room to travel faster?

sometimes i just don't understand my country...
