confirm + chop + guarantee coz its the guy from the job agency who broke the news to me.

he also let me know of my new salary. its about xx% increment from my current. oh well not too bad lah if u consider that i just had a so-so increment last may when i joined my current coy.

but actually it still fall short of my 20% expectation.. and i'm trying to negotiate further..






now i'm really at a loss.. should i leave or not?
