the joy of going home straight after work and no need to go for any tuition is great! have been enjoying that for almost a month and i'm pretty getting used to it now. nowadays i'll reach home earlier at about 8pm and will commence my workout at home with focus mainly on my abs and little mices.

anyway my regime includes:
1. 3 sets of cruches, each set 30 repetitions.

2. leg raise with tummy tuck in and legs straigthen at about 45 degree from floor. this is much tougher than bending the legs and with hands supporting the back. this is also 3 sets with each set lasting 45 seconds. dun look no up this 45 seconds.. its enough to kill ok if you do the correct way.

3. usual weight lifts to strengthen my mices..

i really want to see my 6-packs!! ok lah if no 6-packs i'll be happy to see 4-packs too.. will try this till the end of the year and see of there is any improvement or not..

oh well for those who are concerned about my income.. yah.. my income surely has taken a dip but who cares man! my current lifestyle will just last another few weeks and i'll need to teach again! roooar!! i currently have 3 confirmed bookings for 2007. will probably add another 1. i'll most probably not have 6 bookings as what i have for 2006.. its madness!
