i just received a reply from NUS department of social science and the person in charge says that i'm not eligible for their masters in social science (sociology) programme, just because my degree is not from sociology..

so sad... my dream of doing a masters in sociology seems to be dashed... at least for now.. *cry*

maybe i'll try my luck when ntu opens its humanities department and hopefully they will admit me by then, as i should have bagged some social experience by then..

if all things fail, maybe i should really look into doing a masters in engineering, which i'm not really interested in..
