seriously i'm wondering if my resumes and applications ever get across when i click on the "quick apply" on the job agencies website. some job advertisements states clearly that we should not click on the "quick apply" as they will not be processed. so what about those that did not state it? will it get thru to my potential employers? anyway what i do from today onwards is to send my application directly to the email provided.

anyone got similiar experiences?
