this email really makes me wana laugh and wana cry. look at the lines in bold and you will probably understand why. its just an email asking students to vote for their fav lecturer but sadly speaking, it turns out to me a laughing stock. this woman actually got the cheek to "enforce" that we students have to go for voting, not bec its compulsory, but that attendance is taken! i nearly LMAO when i see that! does she think that we are small kids that we will submit to threats such as attendance? come on lah.. this is an university! not a primary school! unless u are saying that if i dun go and vote u will hold on my degree? if tats true then its even more childish! seriously lah, so what if i dun vote? if i dun like all the 4 lecturers above do i have to vote juz for the sake of voting? even in an election i've the option of drawing a cartoon on my voting slip if i dun like anyone of the contestants for the constituency but not here as all the years its being done electronically so there is no option for an invalid vote. i'm realli 'shocked' and 'taken aback' that a senior manager of the school actually need to use such unlowly tactic to make us vote. well.... let me check again... is NTU a primary school? can anyone confirm that with me? i've 6 years of primary school education already. i dun need another 4 years of it..
