valentine's day was juz over. actualli i always feel that the retailers are the happiest pple when it comes to v'day. couples are spurging $$$ on this day for a nice dinner, sweet gifts, nice clothings.... and the list will go on endless... i still remember at this time of the day last year, i had my dinner at one restaurant and i was surprised that they changed their menu, and of coz, their price! i think is a 25% hike in price! hahahaha! i think is ridiculous...also i think the flower shops are earning big bucks this year as i see them already busy preparing flowers 2 days in advance. each rose cost $10 if i'm not wrong and there are queues in almost every flower shop that i walk pass..

this year i'm not celebrating v'day on v'day. my gerger agreed with mi that its not worthwhile to celebrate on v'day itself as it will be crowded and its more ex. somemore this year v'day is near the weekend so we decided to celebrate on sunday instead, where the crowd is not there and we can have a proper meal w/o having to stand on our feet for more than 1/2 - 1hr, as some restaurants do not accept booking for v'day (they know that there will sure be a crowd).

hmmm.....wait till tomolo then.... =)
