6.10pm: had a bad experience dining at sakae sushi (bugis) today. was joining my ex-JC classmates for a gathering. after we ordered 2 sets of bento and a soft shell crab we are happpily chatting away.

6.25pm: after waiting for about 15 mins, i decided to ask the waitress for my food.

6.40pm: another 15 minutes passed and my food did not come. i again ask for a waiter to check with him on the whereabouts of my food. he disappeared soon after looking at the order slip.

6.50pm: another 10 minutes passed. i managed to get hold of the manager and he promise to do something about my food. soon enough my soft shell crab came. however, my fren found a strain of hair stuck "in" the crab! we again ask the manager to come and take a look. he promised to change a new set for us.

7.05pm: one set of the bento came.

7.15pm: the softshell crab and my bento came.

yes. i waited for an hour for my food to arrive. no sorry or reason given. totally pissed off. juz wrote to ST forum to complain. hope they publish my letter.... totally banned sakae sushi from now onwards. *puke*
